Description
The Shieling is a late 18th-century cottage located next to Four Pines. It is constructed from coursed, squared rubble and features a graduated stone flag roof with a stone chimney at one end. The building has two storeys and an attic, with two bays. On the right side, there is a plank door, while the left side has a sash window on both the ground and first floors, along with a two-light attic window positioned just below the eaves. This cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
