Description

Nos 20 and 22 Main Street is an early 19th-century front on what is likely an older house. The building has three storeys and is constructed of ashlar with a slate roof and one chimney. It features rusticated quoins and a gable with flat coping. There are sill bands on the upper floors. The ground floor has three windows, with the right-hand one reported to be recent. The first floor has one coupled window, and the second floor has one coupled round-headed window, all with plain stone surrounds and sash windows. To the left side, there is a doorway with a plain stone surround and bevelled inside corners, featuring a six-panel door and a fanlight with vertical glazing bars.
