Description

Penerin, adjoining Ivy Cottage, is a house built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed sandstone blocks and features quoins. The graduated slate roof extends over the neighboring house and includes stone coping and kneelers, with a brick chimney at both the south and north ends. The front of the house is symmetrical, with two stories and three bays. It has a central panelled door set in a gabled porch, flanked by a single sash window on either side, and two additional sash windows located above.
