Description
Bragg's House and the adjoining barn are a farmhouse and barn built in the early 19th century. The structure features English garden wall bond brickwork on a painted stone plinth, with painted V-jointed quoins. The roof is made of Welsh slate and has eaves modillions, while the barn has a graduated greenslate roof and brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with a lower two-storey barn located to the right. The main entrance has a four-panel door with a glazed radial fanlight set in a pilastered surround with a segmental brick arch. The house has single-pane sash windows with painted architraves. The barn includes a ground floor casement window in a painted stone surround, along with flanking slit vents and additional vents above.
