Description
The Bush Hotel is a public house, likely built in the early 19th century. It features incised stucco on a painted squared plinth and raised V-jointed quoins, topped with a Welsh slate roof and yellow brick chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays, situated on a street corner with a side entrance that leads to former stables. The entrance includes a panelled door framed by a pilastered surround and a modillioned cornice. There are two-pane sash windows with projecting sills and hood moulds supported by console brackets. Above the entrance, there is a panel with raised lettering that reads "BUSH HOTEL," and a similar sign is located on the side. The side wall also features similar windows and a large cart entrance to the right.
