Description

28 and 30 Curwen Street are two adjoining houses in a terrace, built in the early 19th century. Number 28 features incised painted stucco walls, while number 30 has roughcast walls with angle pilasters. Both houses have an eaves cornice and graduated greenslate roofs with coped gables and kneelers, along with cement rendered chimney stacks. They are two storeys tall, each with three bays. The entrances have panelled doors with radial fanlights set in pilastered doorcases, and there are sash windows framed in painted stone surrounds.
