Description

Nos 24 to 28 on Main Street is an 18th-century building that is low and has two storeys. It is cement rendered and features a new slate roof. The central entrance, which is for No 26, has a panelled door with a round-headed fanlight that has traceries, all set within double arched architraves with imposts. The shop fronts for Nos 24 and 28 were added in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The upper storey contains five 12-paned sash windows, each set in moulded stone frames with wings. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 and 4, as well as Nos 12 to 28.
