Description

Derwent Gardens is a house dated 1842, located in Seaton Low Seaton. It is constructed from calciferous sandstone rubble with flush quoins and features a graduated greenslate roof, along with painted rendered chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays. The entrance includes a panelled door, and there are sash windows throughout, all set in painted stone surrounds. An oval date panel is positioned above the entrance.
