Description

No. 5 is a house dating from the mid-18th century, located on the west side of Middlegate in Great Clifton. It features roughcast walls and is topped with a graduated greenslate roof, which includes brick and rendered chimney stacks. The building stands two storeys high and has three bays. The entrance consists of a panelled door set within a painted stone architrave, topped by a pediment. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, framed by painted stone surrounds.
