Description

The Vicarage is a vicarage built in 1838, as noted by W. Whellan in his 1860 publication, "History of Cumberland & Westmorland." It features Flemish bond brickwork and has a slate roof with coped gables and kneelers, along with brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The entrance includes a 20th-century panelled door framed by a moulded stone architrave. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set on stone sills and topped with flat brick arches. The listing does not include any later outbuildings.
