Description
Overend House and the adjoining barn were built in the early 19th century. They feature roughcast walls with painted V-jointed quoins, topped by a Welsh slate roof with coped gables and kneelers, along with roughcast chimney stacks. The house is two storeys high and has three bays, with a lower single-bay extension on the right and a barn that has a similar roofline. The main entrance includes a panelled door with an overlight, and there are sash windows with glazing bars, all set in painted stone surrounds. The extension has a 20th-century glazed door framed by a reused shouldered architrave lintel. The barn contains 20th-century doors and a loft doorway. The adjoining left cottages are not of interest.
