Description

This is an early 18th-century farmhouse located in Brampton. It is constructed of dressed red sandstone with a slate roof featuring stepped coping to the gables and kneelers. The chimney stacks are a mix of yellow brick and a square sandstone base. The main farmhouse has two storeys and originally three bays, though smaller windows have been filled in on the right-hand side. Single-pane sash windows are present with plain surrounds. A single-storey, two-bay range of outbuildings extends to the right. The entrance, now within a 20th-century extension, has a 20th-century door.
