The ground floor contains shop fronts, while the first floor has five windows, including some six-light cross types and others that are two-light sashes, three of which are topped with broken pediments. The top floor also has five sash windows, each with plain pediments. The second bay is highlighted by a top dormer that has a scrolled pediment, pilasters, and wings, along with a swag on the pediment of the first floor.
