Description

College Chambers is a building located on the corner of College Street and Church Street, dating from the 18th century. It stands three storeys tall with a basement and an attic. The exterior features scored stucco with rusticated quoins at the outer corner. The elevation facing College Street includes a stone doorway accessed by four steps, topped with a pediment supported by console brackets, along with irregularly placed windows. The Church Street elevation has three 12-paned sash windows on each of the three floors, and three half-height 6-pane sash windows at the basement level.
