Description
Elm Farmhouse is a house that was formerly a farmhouse, built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and has a plain tile roof with brick stacks at each end. The house features a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a three-window range to the garden. The main front includes a central part-glazed door set in a moulded wood surround, along with a gabled timber porch. The ground and first floors have 20th-century aluminium windows, which are fitted with timber lintels and stone sills. To the right, there is a lower, two-storey extension. The main entrance is located at the rear. Inside, the farmhouse has chamfered spine beams.
