Description

No. 18 (Dormers) is an 18th-century house located on the south side of West Street in Lower Weedon. It is constructed from coursed squared ironstone and features a slate roof with brick end stacks. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, presenting a two-window range. The central entrance is a six-panel door framed by a moulded wood surround. The windows are two-light casements, with those on the ground floor and the door having concreted heads, while the first-floor windows are supported by wood lintels. The building has a rendered chamfered plinth, two gabled roof dormers, and stone-coped gables with kneelers. The interior has not been inspected.
