Description

Home Cottage, located on Vicarage Lane in Kingsthorpe, is a fine cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and originally had a Welsh slated roof, which is currently being retiled. The building stands two storeys high and features six flush casement windows with modern wooden lintels. Home Cottage is in the process of restoration and is included in the listing for its group value with nearby properties. It forms a group with Nos 39 (The Cottage), 43 (Home Cottage), and 47 Vicarage Lane, as well as Nos 13, 14, and 15 Well Yard.
