Description

This is a late 17th-century building located in Well Yard, Kingsthorpe. Originally listed as No 39 Vicarage Lane, it now comprises numbers 13, 14, and 15. The building is constructed of sandstone, and the roof was temporarily removed for retiling. It is two storeys high and features casement windows with two or three lights, set within stone mullions. A moulded doorway is present. Inside, a main room has a chamfered stone chimneypiece arch. Numbers 13, 14 and 15 Well Yard, along with numbers 39 (The Cottage), 43 (Home Cottage), and 47 Vicarage Lane form a group of buildings of group value.
