Description

Kingswell Cottage is a 17th-century house located on the south side of The Green in Kingsthorpe. It is constructed of squared coursed rubble and features stone verges and kneelers at the gables, topped by a steeply pitched roof covered with Welsh slate. The building has brick chimney stacks and stands two storeys high. It includes three casement windows, with one in the centre of the first floor that retains two lights with moulded stone jambs and a mullion. The entrance has a modern door set within a plain doorway.
