Description
The stable block to The Manor House, dating from the 17th century, is constructed of coursed squared ironstone and features a corrugated iron roof. It is a single storey with a loft and has a four-window range. The door located between the windows to the right of the center has a four-centred arched head with cut spandrels and a hood mould, leading to a plank door. The building also includes three-light stone mullion windows with hood moulds. There are later inserted doorways to the left of the center. The structure is accented with quoins and stone coped gables that have kneelers. The roof is supported by tie beam and collar trusses, while the walls at the rear are topped with stepped stone copings.
