Description

The wall and right gatepier at The Old Rectory were built around 1800, with some rebuilding in the 19th century. They are made of ironstone with limestone dressings. The gatepier features a chamfered plinth and a pyramidal stone cap. The wall extends to the right from the gatepier along High Street and has a slate covering. This structure is included for its group value.
