Description
Holly House is a house dating from the early 18th century, which was refronted in the early 19th century. A rainwater head on the right side is dated 1790. The building is constructed of limestone rubble with a rendered facade and features brick chimneys. It has a double depth plan and a symmetrical front that is two storeys high with three bays. The facade includes a moulded cornice, a parapet with a pediment and a blind lunette, and sash windows. The central window on the first floor has an arched head. The doorway features a Gothic fanlight and a six-panelled door.
