Description

There are two chest tombs located approximately 6 meters southeast of the chancel of the Church of St. James. These tombs date from the early 19th century and are made of ironstone. They feature panelled sides and balustered corners. Both tombs commemorate members of the Baldwin family. The northern tomb honors William Baldwin, who died in 1800, and his wife Ann, who died in 1801. The southern tomb is dedicated to Mary Baldwin, who died in 1819, and John Baldwin, who died in 1821.
