Description

The chest tomb located approximately 4 meters north of the north door of the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul is a Grade II listed structure from the mid-18th century. It is made of dressed ironstone and limestone, featuring a stepped plinth and limestone balustered corners. The long side of the tomb has inscriptions that commemorate various members of the Shepherd family, dating from 1763 to 1800.
