Description

Tandys Place is a mid-18th century house, altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone with a 20th century ridged tile roof, and brick end stacks, the one on the right having stone bases. The house has a 2-unit plan and two storeys with an attic. The front has a 3-window arrangement. A central 6-panel, part-glazed door is flanked by 3-light casement windows, all with wooden lintels. There are 2-light casement windows to the first floor, also with wooden lintels. The gables are finished with ironstone copings and kneelers. The interior features chamfered spine beams.
