Description
South Cottage is a dated 1726 building, with later alterations. It is constructed of coursed rubble with an interlocking tiled roof, which was originally slated. The cottage is two storeys high and has three small sash windows. A ledged door is positioned centrally. A lower extension is present at the west end. The building forms a group with Clare Cottage and numbers 1, 3 and 4 on Clare Cottage, Quinton Road.
