Description

This is an 18th-century stable located approximately 2 metres north of the granary at Dovecote Farm. It is constructed from coursed squared ironstone and features a slate roof. The building is one storey high with a loft. There is an old plank door to the right of the centre, which has a wooden lintel. To the left gable end, there is a 20th-century plank door and a hay loft door above, both with wooden lintels. The stable has stone-coped gables with kneelers. It is included in the listing for its group value.
