The Baptist Church is a Nonconformist chapel dated 1828, constructed from coursed squared ironstone with a slate roof. It has a single-cell plan consisting of two bays. The central entrance features 6-paned double-leaf doors with an overlight and a straight hood, flanked by 16-pane sash windows that have stone sills and flat-arched heads. Above these are similar 9-pane sashes. A datestone is located at the base of the gable, which is adorned with a hood mould. The building has an ashlar plinth and stone-coped gables with kneelers. Inside, there is a panelled west gallery.
