Description

Evenley Hall Stables are stables built around 1740. They are constructed from squared coursed limestone with ashlar dressings and feature an artificial stone slate roof. The building is arranged in a U-plan and consists of one storey and an attic, with a total of seven bays. The central section has a pediment and a clock. There are three entrances, each with double plank doors, and a sash window on either side. The end bays project and include doorways with plain stone frames, overlights, and six-panel doors. Above the doorways, there are arched loft openings.
