House, forming part of row. Late C17/early C18. Squared coursed limestone with concrete tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. Single storey with attic; 2-window range of C20 casements under wood lintels. 3 similar casements, under Lincolnshire dormers, to attic. Central part-glazed door under wood lintel. Brick stacks at ridge. Interior not inspected but noted as having remains of open fireplace with bressumer.
