Description
Nos. 15 and 17 on Main Street are two dwellings that were originally a single house, dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. The building is constructed of squared coursed limestone and features a pantile roof. It has an original three-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. The front has a three-window range of 20th-century casements set under wooden lintels, along with three 19th-century casements in the attic beneath Lincolnshire dormers. There are two 20th-century doors located at the far left and right, both also under wooden lintels. Brick stacks are present at the ridge. Inside, No. 15 includes an open fireplace with a bressumer. This building is noted for its group value within the row.
