Description

L Green and Sons is a public house, now a dwelling and shop, likely dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of regular coursed lias and limestone with a slate roof. The original plan probably comprised three units. The building now has two storeys and a five-window front. It features casement windows with glazing bars, each set under a wooden lintel. The window on the left-hand side has a moulded stone surround. A 20th-century shop window is located on the right. The building has ashlar gable parapets and kneelers to the right, with brick stacks at the ridge and end. The interior has not been inspected. The building was formerly known as the Fox and Hounds Inn.
