Description
No 12, North Street is an 18th-century building that was originally part of a single house with No 10. It features a similar bay to that of No 10, with a date stone in the gable reading "A.H., B.H., MDCXLI". The building has three storeys, constructed of stone with a stone slate roof, and includes three finials like those on No 10. There is a dormer on the left that extends down to the eaves, and above it is a three-light mullioned window. The five-light bay has mullions, and there is a plain low doorway located off centre to the left. All the listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
