Description

Number 50 (Stoneleigh) and attached workshop is a house dating from the late 18th century and 19th century. It is constructed of squared, coursed limestone with a Welsh slate roof. The building follows a simple double-depth plan. The main facade is two storeys high and features a two-window range of six-paned sash windows with wide glazing bars, set within gauged stone heads. A central four-panel door is similarly framed. The roof is asymmetrically gabled, with stone stacks positioned at each end. A 19th-century workshop is attached to the left side of the house and includes a large, horizontal sliding sash window with glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
