Description
62A and 63 Broad Green are two houses that have been converted into offices, dating from the mid-18th century. They are built of regularly coursed ironstone with some limestone banding and feature a slate roof. The buildings have a three-unit plan and stand two storeys tall with an attic. The façade includes a three-window range of casement windows with wooden lintels. On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century canted wooden bay window on the far right. The doors, which are from the 20th century, are located to the right of centre and on the far left, both accessed by flights of steps. A moulded stone cornice runs along the top, and there is a central dormer window. The gable ends have parapets and kneelers, with brick stacks positioned at the ridge and ends. The interior has not been inspected.
