Description
No. 62 Broad Green is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is likely built of ironstone but is now rendered, topped with a 20th-century plain-tile roof. The house was originally designed with a three-unit plan and has two storeys plus an attic. The front features a three-window range of sash windows with glazing bars and rendered heads. To the left of the centre, there is a door with a reeded wood surround and a flight of steps leading up to it. A flat-topped roof dormer is located to the right. The building has gable parapets and kneelers, along with brick and stone stacks at both ends. Although the interior was not inspected, some ground floor windows were noted to have panelled reveals.
