Description
Telford House is a late 18th-century building that has been converted from a house to offices. It is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and features a slate roof. Originally designed with a two-unit plan, it includes a carriage arch on the right side. The building stands three storeys high and has a three-window range of sash windows that decrease in height on the second floor; all windows have glazing bars and plain stone lintels. The carriageway on the right has a shallow segmental arch. There are two doors located under the carriage arch; one is a six-panelled door, while the other is a 20th-century plank door. Brick stacks are present at both ends of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
