Description

Spring Hill Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse located in Dychurch Lane, Bozeat. The building is constructed of regular coursed limestone, with some parts rendered, and has a concrete-tile roof. It is arranged in an L-shape. The front elevation has a two-window range of 19th-century sash windows, each beneath a wooden lintel. A four-panel door is positioned to the left of the centre, and is sheltered by a porch. The roof is hipped, with brick stacks at the ridge and end. A similar elevation to the left also has a two-window range of casement windows. The interior was not inspected, but likely contains remains of open fireplaces.
