Description

Little Cott is a house built in the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a Collyweston slate roof. The original layout was a two-unit plan, and the house has two storeys with a three-window range that includes 20th-century casements set in original openings beneath stone lintels. To the right, there is a 20th-century door with a moulded stone surround and a four-centred head. The house has ashlar gable parapets and an ashlar stack at the left end. Inside, there are spine beams and a raised cruck roof structure.
