Description
This is a late 19th-century house located on the south side of West Street in Earls Barton. The building is constructed of squared coursed lias stone, with brick to the rear, and has a slate roof. It has a two-unit plan and two storeys, presenting a two-window front. The windows are 19th-century, featuring stone mullions and sashes, with some being 2-light and others 3-light. A central part-glazed door is set within a moulded stone surround. A 19th-century plank door is positioned to the left, protected by a stone lintel. Brick stacks are located at each end of the building. The interior remains uninspected. The property is included on the list for its group value.
