Description

WEST STREET 1. (South Side) 1483 ------------ Stable block and barn to west of No 16 including linking wall and gate piers. TL 0388 1/81 18.6.55. TL 0488 1/81

L-shaped stable building, single storey with gabled stone slate roofs, west of No 16 with 1 wing lying along the road (ie forward from the house) and the other south from the west end of this. 3 light mullioned window in east end of road wing. Linking the north-west corner of the house with the east end of the stables is a wall with a large gateway with 2 good piers having entablature and ball finial. Included solely as part of a group.

Nos 2 to 36 (even) and 42 to 46A (even) and 52 to 98 (even) form a group.
