Description
No. 36 on West Street is a mid-19th century building featuring an ashlar front and stone sides, topped with a Welsh slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and has a pediment with a lunette above a heavy cornice. The first floor includes three round-arched windows that sit above a balustraded balcony. The ground floor has three windows and is characterized by channelled rustication. Additionally, there are four windows on the side of the building. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 2 to 36 (even) and 42 to 46A (even) and 52 to 98 (even).
