Description

No. 47 on Sheep Street is a late 18th century building constructed of painted ashlar with a Welsh slated roof. It stands two storeys high and features a plinth. The façade includes four sash windows and a panelled door with a fanlight, which is set within an arched panelled reveal. This entrance is framed by an open pediment supported by fluted Doric half columns. To the right, there is a single storey wing that has an arched gateway. The windows are fitted with glazing bars. No. 47 is part of a group that includes Nos. 41 to 57 (odd).
