No. 145 on Harborough Road is an early 19th-century building constructed from ashlar stone, featuring a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate and an eaves cornice. The building has two storeys, with the first floor showcasing four sash windows that have glazing bars set within reveals beneath lintels.
