No. 49 on King Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of painted ashlar with a pitched stone slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features stone brackets supporting the gutter. The building has two ranges of casement windows in their original openings, which were likely once fitted with sash windows. There is a modern shop at the ground level.
