Description

Nos 38 and 38B on King Street are early 19th-century buildings constructed from hammer-dressed stone, topped with a pitched stone slate roof. The structures rise three storeys and feature stone brackets supporting the gutter. There are two ranges of sash windows. The late 19th-century shopfront is particularly attractive, showcasing tapering pilasters at either end, consoles above, and gablets over those, along with a small broken pediment in the centre of the entablature.
