Description

No. 44 King Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of ashlar stone with a pitched stone slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features stone brackets supporting the gutter. There is a continuous sill band on the first floor and two ranges of sash windows. The mid-19th-century shopfront is notable for its panelled pilasters and moulded consoles.
