Description
12 Regent Square is an early 19th-century building featuring a stucco front and a Welsh slated roof that rises behind a central parapet. The structure has three storeys and is adorned with tall Ionic pilasters on the upper floors. It includes three sash windows with glazing bars and a 19th-century shop front. No 12 is part of a group with Nos 13A and 13 to 15, which are of local interest.
