Description

This is a dovecote located approximately 20 meters east of Mears Ashby Hall, dating from the early 17th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed lias stone and features a Collyweston slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan and includes a door opening in the gable end. The gable parapets are made of ashlar, and the roof is gabled with a glazed glover at the ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
