Description
This is a late 17th-century house located in Wollaston Duck End. It is constructed from regular coursed limestone and has a corrugated metal roof. Originally designed with a three-unit through-passage plan, the house now presents a two-storey facade with a two-window arrangement above and a three-window arrangement below, featuring leaded casement windows beneath wooden lintels. A six-panelled door with glazed top lights is situated to the right of the centre, also protected by a wooden lintel. The gables are finished with ashlar parapets and kneelers, while brick and stone stacks are visible at the ridge and end of the building. Inside, there is an open fireplace with a bressumer. Attached to the left is an 18th-century limestone wall topped with tile coping.
